Usability - ease of use

Usability determines how easy a web site is to use and any organisation that wants visitors to their site to accomplish something should be concerned about it (1).

If, for example, a site was hard to navigate, or it's content was difficult to comprehend, it may deter visitors from using the site to gain valuable information about the organisation behind the site, resulting in lost business.

Our Usability Studies test your web site with real users, chosen either from your own customer base, or randomly from members of the public. The results from these tests are analysed to determine your site's level of usability and we conclude them by making recommendations on your site could be made more effective.
